This Aryaa Bold and Spicy Mango Pomegranate Hummus adds the refreshing sweetness of pomegranate seeds to the blend, complementing the bold and spicy flavors of Aryaa Organic Bold and Spicy Mango. It's a delightful and vibrant dip that's sure to be a hit at any gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Add extra salt if needed
- 1/4 cup Aryaa Organic Bold and Spicy Mango
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Chopped fresh cilantro or mint, for garnish
- Extra olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions:
1. Place the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a food processor. Process until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.
2. While the food processor is running, drizzle in the olive oil gradually until the mixture is creamy and emulsified.
3. Add ground cumin to the hummus mixture. Continue processing until the spices are fully incorporated.
4. Add Aryaa Organic Bold and Spicy Mango to the food processor. Pulse the mixture a few times to incorporate the mango into the hummus. You can choose to blend it completely for a smoother texture or leave small mango flakes for added texture.
5. Gently fold in the pomegranate seeds into the hummus mixture, reserving a few for garnish.
6. Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning if needed, adding more spices or salt according to your preference.
7. Once the hummus has reached your desired consistency and flavor, transfer it to a serving bowl.
8. Drizzle a little extra olive oil on top and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro or mint and some reserved pomegranate seeds for a burst of color and flavor.
9. Serve the Aryaa Bold and Spicy Mango Pomegranate Hummus with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
