  1. Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the spices and oil.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, stirring once or twice during cooking for even roasting.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
