Amla candy, also known as Indian gooseberry candy, is a delicious and healthy treat that's both sweet and tangy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2-3 Amla candy pieces
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Toppings: Chopped nuts, chia seeds, granola, fresh berries, and extra Amla candy pieces

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, milk, and Sweet Amla pieces.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey to taste.

  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

  4. Top with chopped nuts, chia seeds, granola, fresh berries, and extra Amla candy pieces.

  5. Enjoy the refreshing and nutritious  Sweet Amla smoothie bowl!
