Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons loose black tea leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Calcutta Meetha Paan blend 
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1-2 star anise pods
  • 2 teaspoons jaggery or brown sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water and milk to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the loose black tea leaves, Calcutta Meetha Paan blend, cinnamon stick, and star anise pods to the pan.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer the chai for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Stir in jaggery or brown sugar, adjusting the sweetness to your preference.
  5. Continue to simmer the chai for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the Calcutta Meetha Paan spiced masala chai into cups.
  7. Serve the aromatic and flavorful chai hot, and enjoy the delightful combination of Calcutta Meetha Paan blend, star anise, and cinnamon!
